The WBT-0110 Cu Topline is constructed with WBT's innovative nextgen™ technology. This has resulted in the humble RCA connector undergoing quite a major redevelopment in WBT's quest to produce what is probably the finest 75 Ohm RCA connector that is currently available on the world market, great news for the discerning Hi-Fi enthusiast who demands nothing but the very best for their high end systems.

The core of the WBT development is a central contact unit which consists of a pure copper signal conductor, the mass of which has been reduced to the minimum with a direct nickel free 24K gold plating making it completely non magnetic.

The minimal mass of the contact elements and other non metalic elements in the plug which would disturb the signal flow make the WBT-0110 absolutely free from eddy current and above all, ultra wideband capable at 1 GHz.

The liveliness and definition of the WBT-0110 signal transition just cannot be surpassed.

The WBT-0110 RCA plug is highly recommended for digital applications (CD, AD converters, S/P dif etc.) because it provides for a continuous matched connection thanks to its 75 Ohm characteristic impedance unlike conventional RCA plugs which feature commonly a characteristic impedance of 20 to 30 Ohms

Unlike conventional RCA's, the ground contact of the plug clamps onto the ground contact of the socket by turning the body of the plug in much the same manner as tightening a drill bit into a drill chuck thus ensuring a very positive, reliable and stable connection.

Strain relief is provided by WBT's effective T6 Torx screw system.

WBT-0110 Cu are available singly with a choice of 9 different coloured ID bands. Red, white and black ID. colours are standard stocked items whilst blue, grey, green, purple, orange and yellow ID colours are usually available within 7 - 10 days. Packages of four are also available which are supplied in a clear plastic box containing 2 x red id. and 2 x white id. RCA's plus a T6 Torx key for the strain relief screw.
